A LiveScan TCN (Transaction Control Number) is a unique identifier assigned to your fingerprints after they are submitted for a Florida Live Scan background check. This number is used to track the progress of your background check with the  Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and other organizations that may have requested the check.

An establishment may not perform body piercing on a minor under the age of 16, unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, as specified in section 381.0075, F.S.

A child travel consent form gives a minor permission to travel without both parents or guardians. It helps prevent delays with border officers or airlines, especially for international trips. While no official U.S. government template exists, the document should be signed, notarized, and include specific details.
