                                                              HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

This Hold Harmless Agreement is entered into by client or customer and between Vee’s Notary Services Plus LLC, located at 2480 S Congress Ave Ste B Palm Springs, FL 33406 and all clients, customers of any sort. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Vee’s Notary Services Plus LLC,  may provide fingerprinting and all other of our services provided.

                                                                IDEMNIFICATION

No client or customer of any sort shall hold harmless and indemnify Vee’s Notary Services Plus LLC it’s officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and any Vee’s Notary Services Plus LLC client for whom the fingerprinting or any other of our services performed, including the clients officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives against all loss, liability, penalty, damages, expense, cost, including attorneys’ fees, or losses of any kind or nature whatsoever which may arise from Vee’s Notary Services performance or nonperformance of its duties and obligations hereunder, whether as a result of Vee’s Notary Services  negligence, willful misconduct, or any other act or omission by Vee’s Notary Services.

                                                         COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Each party shall, in the performance of all its rights and obligations under this agreement, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and by-laws and with all orders, decrees policies and directives issued by applicable governmental authorities. Nothing in the agreement shall be constructed as requiring either party to perform its obligations hereunder, where such performance shall constitute an infringement, contravention, breach, or interference with any third party.

                                                     CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

In accordance with the requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and other applicable statues and regulations regarding privacy rights, Confidential Consumer Information may not be disclosed or used for any other purpose other than to carry out the purpose of which Vee’s Notary Services Plus LLC disclosed or authorized or caused the disclosure of the information, including use of or as required by law. Vee’s Notary Services will safeguard all information to prevent the inadvertent disclosure of such Confidential Consumer Information “Confidential Information” shall mean all Nonpublic Personal Information provided by Vee’s Notary Services Plus LLC and its client regardless of the form in which such information is disclosed.
